Your Wedding Day
Depending on the type of wedding ceremony you would like to have, the village of Dunfanaghy and the surrounding areas offer a wide variety of religious and civil ceremony locations. You can also hold a civil ceremony or blessing here at the hotel in one of our indoor spaces - each
offering something unique based on the size of your wedding party.
After you have officially tied the knot, the party really begins as your guests are warmly welcomed through the front door of Arnolds Hotel into our cosy reception area with a crackling open fire and stunning sea views of Sheephaven Bay and Killahoey Beach beyond - the ideal spot in which to host your drinks reception. Depending on the size of your wedding party, The Glenveagh Room can also be used, and Arnolds Whiskey Fly Bar is ideal for guests to spill out into, which also includes an outdoor terrace and garden area. If the weather is fine, a drinks reception in the garden can also be arranged.
When it’s time to dine, our restaurant overlooking the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way provides the perfect backdrop for dinner. Up to 108 guests can be seated comfortably with additional guests welcome to join after the wedding meal has been served for the remainder of the evening.
When we host a wedding celebration at Arnolds Hotel, we always work closely with each couple to ensure their hopes and dreams are not only met but truly exceeded. If you would prefer to have total exclusivity of Arnolds Hotel for the day of your wedding, ensuring you and your guests have our complete and undivided attention from morning until night, a venue hire fee will apply.
