Capture the magical beauty of Sheephaven Bay on a weekend photographic shoot with award winning professional phtographer Stanley Matchett. and learn how to transform your 'snaps' into memorable pictures...Sheephaven Bay. North Donegal could be described as a photographer's paradise.The landscape is rugged, spectacular, breathtaking and diverse, from beaches of silvery sand to the mangificent Errigal to Muckish mountain range. Following dinner on Friday with your group a dual projector slide show presentation will show the abundance of photo opportunities in the Dunfanaghy area. However, if you prefer people pictures, we will show you how...to date Stanley has photographed four American Presidents, and he can certainly advise you on people pictures....A location shoot at Doe Castle and Glenveagh National Park with a model in an exquisitely made period dress from the collection of one of Belfast's top designers is superb...stunning pictures are assured. Arnolds hotel is the ideal location for breathtaking landscapes with Horn Head just across the bay and Muckish Mountain forming the natural backdrop to the village the scene is set for magical pictures. As a contrast a rugged picture of the local 'old timer' will capture the atmosphere of the area. After dinner pictures taken on the location shoot can be viewed on laptops. The photogrpahy courses now in their 21st year have been featured on "Holiday Ireland" travel series on RTE and UTV an indication of the quality and popularity of the courses conducted by Stanley and Maureen Matchett. His technique and expertise will advance and encourage beginners and expand the knowledge of the more experienced photographers.
